About the Founder

Todd Marcus is a Kansas City-based licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur with a long-standing presence across the region’s real estate market — spanning brokerage ownership, investment analysis, deal structuring, and property management. He brings a background in construction project management and commercial development from Southern California to Fifthline Build Co.

That combination — land and market knowledge, deal and capital structuring, and hands-on construction experience — sits at the intersection of the gaps Fifthline exists to close. Todd founded Fifthline to bring those pieces together toward one goal: quality housing built at the scale Kansas City’s urban core needs to thrive again.

Fifthline is building out its team and advisory bench as it moves from proof-of-concept toward the full production facility.
